CMP – KNEE

Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) devices have been utilized extensively in the field of orthopedic surgery as a means of providing postoperative patients with passive (assisted) range of motion in the affected joint. Typically, CPM devices are designed to aid in early healing and prevention of postoperative joint stiffness by duplicating anatomically correct motion. This CPM device has been engineered with waterproof hand control, a new leg carriage design, and allows for reliable, quiet motion. Additionally, the CPM device is U.L. listed for hospital use.

Features and benefits include:

  • screw-drive transmission
  • programmable muscle stim capability
  • built-in therapy timer, adult and pediatric capabilities
  • easy care and maintenance

Indications: ACL reconstructions, total knee replacements, total him replacements, sports injury synovectomies, open meniscectomies, lysis of adhesions, release of extra-articular contractions, ORIF of intra-articular fractions, supracondylar fractures, and cup arthroplasty.
